About

We are not here to sell you software

AgentSAMUR.AI is an AI adoption advisory for Singapore SMEs, and the trading name of Barakah Bridge Pte Ltd. We are deliberately small, and we work with a short list of named partners rather than a bench. You deal with the advisor who did your diagnostic, not an account manager.

Nothing sticks, and nobody says why

Muhammad Termidzi Azmi, founder and AI Adoption Advisor

Most SME owners we meet are not short of options. They are short of clarity. They have sat through the webinars and tried a chatbot or two, and none of it changed how Monday actually works, because nobody showed them how it fits the way their team already operates.

The industry sells tools. The gap is always the same: the software gets bought, and the people, the workflows and the daily habits stay exactly as they were. Six months on, the licence is unused and everyone is back on WhatsApp and Excel.

Our lead advisor spent fifteen years in behavioural change before AI. That is why the adoption sticks. Muhammad Termidzi Azmi founded the practice after fifteen years in the Singapore Prison Service, moving from tactical operations into counselling and then into training design, and he still runs every engagement. The through line was one question: what has to be true before a person changes what they do. That is the question AI adoption keeps failing on, and it is not a software question.

He learned AI from scratch, in his forties, without a technical safety net, while running a business. It means we can translate what the engineers build into something a twenty-person operations team can use on Monday morning, because we had to do that translation for ourselves first.

We run the practice on a workforce of 27 AI agents. That is not a showcase, it is how the work gets done, and it is the reason we will not put anything in front of you that we have not already broken in our own business.

How we judge a recommendation

Three tests, and it has to pass all three

  1. Structured and safe

We do not recommend tools we have not stress-tested, and we will tell you plainly where your data goes.

  2. Practical for an SME

Built for your constraints, not an enterprise budget or an eighteen-month timeline.

  3. Human first

People decide whether adoption succeeds. If your team will not use it, it does not matter how good it is.

  4. And one rule

Workflow clarity, then culture, then automation. Automate a messy process and you get a faster mess.
